Andrew Balbirnie to Lead Ireland in All Formats

Right-handed batsman Andrew Balbirnie has been handed over Ireland's captaincy in the T20I format, replacing Gary Wilson. Balbirnie thus becomes Ireland's skipper in all the three formats.
